- Wash the phulli thouroughly in a big container as it contains sand
- Soak it for say 10 mins and drain in a strainer
- Take a pan or kadhai and put some two spoonful oil in it.
- Put mustard seeds and jeera and let them crackle
- Add haldi powder and soaked peanuts and daaliya green chillies
- Saute for two mins
- Now add the phulli salt sugar tomatoes lemon juice and mix it well and cover with a lid for a minute
- Garnish with coriander
- And serve it along with dahi (yoghurt or curd). Optional
- Perfect snack to have in summer afternoon
